Payment is made through the Crédit Agricole bank which provides SSL encryption. The bank requests authorisation from the card payment group which authorises the transaction, thus ensuring that the payment is perfectly secure. Orders will only be honoured once the credit card company has received authorisation from the bank, but the amount due will not be deducted until the goods are dispatched. In the case of payment by bank transfer or cheque, the order will only be dispatched once the amount due has been credited.
The prices shown in our catalogue are inclusive of tax. They are normally valid since 01.08.2002 but may be subject to variation due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control. In any event, it is the price displayed at the time of the order which will apply.
The expenses of packing and preparation are included in the price of the product.
We provide worldwide delivery. All deliveries are sent in packaging suitable for the mode of transport used. Any anomaly detected on delivery must be stated on the transporter's delivery note. It is strongly recommended that the delivery address is checked carefully : post office boxes, cedex addresses in France, etc. are not delivery addresses. An inexact delivery address may result in loss or delay and additional cost.
Packages are sent either by post. The delivery time therefore depends on whether the customer chooses urgent or normal delivery on ordering. The normal delivery time is a minimum of 5 to 7 days from acceptance of the order.
The products shown on this Web site have all been carefully checked. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with a product we will replace it. In this case the cost of returning the goods is payable by the sender. We do our utmost to ensure stock availability, but this cannot be guaranteed at any one time. If an item is out of stock, the customer is informed by e-mail, and he/she has the choice of either to cancel or to wait until the item concerned is available.
